If generation fails, the reserved design credit is automatically returned. A returned design credit is not a cash refund. Try a different photo if the service repeatedly cannot produce a result.
You can cancel automatic renewal from Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not automatically refund the current period. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.
For duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or a service failure, contact us through the contact page, or use the support channel shown on your Waffo receipt. Include the order reference and a description of the problem; do not send full card details. We review requests individually. If a refund is approved, Waffo processes it to the applicable payment method. Timing depends on the provider and financial institution.
This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Remaining credits associated with a refunded payment are withdrawn.
