Roomize processes the room photo you choose to upload, the style and room type you select, and the generated result to provide an interior design preview. Your photos are not automatically published or shared with other users.
For guest access, we use a persistent visitor cookie and a hashed network identifier to keep track of the three-preview allowance and prevent abuse. Clearing cookies or changing devices may affect access to guest designs. When you sign in through Google, we receive your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. We keep billing references, subscription status and design-credit records. We do not receive your full card number.
Replicate hosts the Google image model that processes your uploaded photo and our design instructions to generate a result. Cloudflare R2 privately stores images, Neon stores application records, and Vercel hosts the application. Waffo provides checkout and recurring billing. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Replicate also processes uploaded photos and generated images for automated NSFW classification. Original images remain private and are served only after a successful design. Blocked results are not saved to Roomize storage. We attempt to delete uploaded photos when a content check blocks or cannot verify a design; inaccessible objects are removed by the scheduled retention cleanup if immediate deletion fails. Safety logs contain task and provider prediction identifiers, image hashes, decisions and timing, rather than image bytes or captions. Log retention depends on the hosting provider's configured retention policy.
Guest images expire after 24 hours. Images created while signed in expire after 30 days. You can delete completed or failed designs from My designs. Image access is disabled at expiration or deletion, and a scheduled job removes stored objects. Billing, security and minimal task records may remain where needed to operate the service, prevent fraud or meet applicable obligations.
Essential cookies support login, your visitor allowance and request security. We do not enable advertising trackers. Where configured, Plausible provides aggregate website traffic statistics without analytics cookies. Aggregated operational statistics measure generation success, time, budget usage and subscription conversion without making your room photos public.
Do not upload photos containing people, addresses, documents or other personal information you do not want processed. You can request access, correction or deletion of your account information through our contact page. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy law are unaffected.
